What is The Knowledge Base and How Should I Use it?
The PDF-XChange Knowledge Base is a self-serve online library that contains a broad range of information about the PDF-XChange family of products and how they should be used. PDF-XChange Co created this library in order to assist our users in using our products optimally and quickly resolving any issues that they may encounter. The Knowledge Base contains more that 300 articles that detail how to use the product features, how to resolve any issues that may arise when using those features, information about extensions, installers, command lines and various other components associated with the products, license key management, instructions on how to resolve common issues when using the products, informational pieces that are relevant to the PDF-XChange products and the PDF format in a broader context - and a variety of other topics. The Knowledge Base is continually maintained and updated, and we encourage you to utilize it as a support resource if you encounter any issues with using our software or are seeking further information related to using them.
Using the Knowledge Base is very straightforward. Simply enter the search terms for which you want to browse the library of articles in the white Search box:
and then click Search. A list of articles that match your search terms will then be displayed, and you can browse them to find the answers to your question.
