This issue is usually related to a deregistration of our shell extensions. Re-registering the shell extensions should resolve it, as detailed here.
If the steps detailed in that article do not resolve the issue, then it's possible that Windows, or some other third-party application, has blocked the enabling of our shell extensions.
If re-registering the shell extensions is ineffective, then please try the following:
1. Ensure all instances of our software, as well as your file browsers, are closed.
2. Open the windows start menu, and type "Regedit.exe", then press enter to launch the application.
3. Enter the following text in the address bar:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Blocked
4. Select the "blocked" key, then right-click it and click “Delete”, as detailed in the image above.
5. Restart your PC, then re-register the shell extensions, as detailed here.
