How do I hide the PDF-XChange icon on thumbnails in Windows Explorer?
I have set the folder options in Windows Explorer to display thumbnail previews of PDF files. How do I hide the PDF-XChange Editor icon at the bottom of each thumbnail?
The default Windows settings is to display the associated icon in addition to the thumbnail of PDF files. Follow the steps below to disable the icons:
1. Open the Start menu and search for File Explorer.
2. Under View, Click Options
The Folder Options dialog box will open.
4. Click the View tab.
5. Clear the Display file icon on thumbnails box:
6. Click Apply and then click OK.
