Why did the colors change on my Windows system when I installed PDF-XChange Viewer?
This issue occurs most often in Windows XP. It is caused during installation when the shortcut for PDF-XChange Viewer becomes configured to run it in low resolution color mode due to compatibility settings.
Follow the steps below to check and resolve this issue:
1. Right-click the PDF-XChange Viewer shortcut. A submenu will be displayed.
2. Click Properties.
3. Select the Compatibility tab:
4. Ensure that all check boxes are cleared, as in the image above.
5. Click Apply and then click OK.
