PDF-XChange Editor is extremely robust, easy to use and well put together for any kind of pdf creation that I have thrown at it. From CAD drawing conversions to creating BOM's and documents. I would highly recommend and encourage those thinking about using Adobe to use PDF-XChange instead.

I was done with the direction the other well known PDF company was going with their software and subscriptions. PDF-Xchange Editor fills the void. It has all the functions I have been used to. It's format is easy to navigate and it is stand alone software. Well worth the three year subscription price.

Easy to use. Reasonably priced. The toolbars in the Version 9.2 on Windows 11 are very busy and very confusing, but once you figure out what's going on with them, it's the same good app it's always been.

After using "save as optimized" the open file should be what you just saved. if the user also wants to edit, they want to do so on the optimized file, not the original.

I was introduced to PDF-Exchange Editor at my job and found it very useful in that fast paced environment. I felt it was a good investment to buy a license for myself at home. All tools are easy to find in the tool ribbon. Exceeds any other pdf format editor in capability. And it has a fair price to upgrade to the full version from the very good free version. Congratulations for your excellent tool with its overwhelming funcitonality. I am very pleased. I' don't stop detecting new useful features. When copping pages from scans it is especially useful for me to keep the size of the box, so that I can move it and have even and odd pages the same size. pdf-Xchange editor is a truely mature product. This is an excellent and way more economic than Adobe. It has all the tools and everything you need for work. 10/10 I recommend. It's a bit confusing at first but when you get the hang of it this software is gold.

I have been using PDF-XChange products for most of their 25 years in business. Why? The product is very affordable, easy to learn, easy to use and loaded with features. I recently was forced to change jobs when my former employer decided to retire. One of the very first things I did, when I started with my new employer, was to download the free version of PDF-XChange so I could start spreading the news about how good the product is and how simple it is to use. It didn't take much convincing to get my new employer to commit to a three-user license. Beyond that, we have already had a conversation about possibly increasing that to five and eventually ten users. PDF-XChange is a GREAT product.

I have used other PDF editors but to me PDF-XChange Editor best suits my needs ... it loads very fast, it allows me to keep everything as tabs in a single window or separate windows, it doesn't seem to hog my resources, it plays nice with my other software, it is easy to use, and best of all it is very competitively priced.

PDF-XChange Pro loads quickly, and provides an impressive range of functionality. My only complaint/disappointment is the lack of a drag and drop function for rearranging the pages of PDF.

actually it is fine. To make it more powerfull it would be nice to get some more features like - a tool to measure angles - some more drawing tools as to draw bows and parts of circles - to have some paterns for filling areas

I am impressed. More stable than Acrobat DC (and cheaper), and it ahs all the functionality I need. It would be nice to have an option to save all open documents as optimised (I cannot find this option anywhere), and have a shortcut key for this.

Being able to edit a PDF, write on a pdf, and do everything Adobe does at a fraction of the cost. Only think I didn't like was after installing an update, I had to pay again ... but it was just like $11 for 2 more years. The convince was worth it. You can edit the menu and shortcuts to only show what you need or what you most frequently use. Lightweight and fast. I like everything except paying money for stuff, but it's the best PDF editor for the money. I spent weeks trying to find better/cheaper. Hopefully soon they'll also make a PDF Editor for Android.

I have used competing products from Adobe to other PDF editors. I'm most comfortable in PDF-XChange. It has all the power that I could want (and more) and is still easy to use. I highly recommend it. In fact, I've recommended it to my company and I have approval going forward to purchase PDF-XChange instead of the software we are using when we get new employees.

The price was right for 3 years, so we moved away from the other big PDF editor. It does take some getting used to as it is not set up the same. That is to be expected. While the same functionality does appear to be there, it is less intuitive after having used the other PDF editor. Expect some time to adjust and learn. Overall so far so good, no major complaints.

Equally as good as the full Adobe DC program. I had Adobe Acrobat XI for many years even after they stopped supporting it. I bought a new computer and couldn't transfer my old program so I went looking for a reasonably priced substitute. I found PDF-XChange Editor, and I'm glad I did! Great price for a great piece of software! Easy to understand interface. Very similar to the look of Adobe Acrobat. Does everything the over-priced Adobe software does.

I am NOT pleased with the large menu above the pdf file. I had originally wanted to obtain PDF-XChange Viewer, but somehow ended up purchasing PDF-XChange Editor by mistake. Since I already have other PAID programs to manipulate PDF files, this is merely a redundancy of the programs I am currently using, thereby costing me additional sums for a program I don't need and will not benefit from! Being on a fixed income, I don't have excess funds to purchase unnecessary programs, especially when they are redundant to the ones I already own. Please advise me how I might obtain and reinstall the latest PDF-XChange Viewer (FREE Version) on my computer. I would also like to receive a refund for PDF-XChange Editor and will uninstall same upon receipt of said refund. As I previously mentioned, it is a redundancy of the programs I already own and use. However, I will rate the PDF-XChange Editor as 5 Stars, as it is a remarkable program for anyone needing the many features available (95% of which I have no use for). Thank you for the opportunity to review this product. If I did not have similar programs, I would be delighted to pay for this program.

I was a long-time user of Foxit, but some of the fonts got corrupted, and the program was no longer useful. PDF-XChange Editor is easy to use, its interface is very much like Foxit's so there's not much of a learning curve, and everything is displayed as it should be.

One of the best software packages I've come across. No longer am I presented with outrageous monthly fees to make a simple change to a PDF document. In addition, PDF-XChange Editor has a wealth of extra features that improve productivity while working with the PDF format. It's also faster and easier to install than the 'other' PDF reader. That's opening, navigating and the Outlook plugin preview.
