PDF-XChange Editor is easy to use. The program has an incredible amount of possibilities and functions. In my opinion you get value for your money.

actually it is fine. To make it more powerfull it would be nice to get some more features like - a tool to measure angles - some more drawing tools as to draw bows and parts of circles - to have some paterns for filling areas

I am impressed. More stable than Acrobat DC (and cheaper), and it ahs all the functionality I need. It would be nice to have an option to save all open documents as optimised (I cannot find this option anywhere), and have a shortcut key for this.
