Question:
How do I reset the settings of PDF-XChange Editor to their default values?
Answer:
1. Open the File tab, in the Ribbon UI (or Edit in the Classic UI).
If your UI is hidden, you may be able to use Alt + F to open the File menu to begin this process.
2. Click Manage Settings > Reset Settings. The Reset Settings Options dialog box will open:
3. Select the boxes of the settings to be reset.
4. Click OK.
Note that this will not automatically save your current settings. All current customization will be lost unless you first use the Export Settings function, which is also found in the Manage Settings menu.
