NEW Added a 'New Blank Window' command to open a new blank frame window. (T# 6572) (38894)

NEW Added a 'Move Tab to New Window' command, which creates a new blank window and then moves the selected tab into it. We also refactored and improved the right-click menu for document tabs. (38894)

Note: in screenshot, the outlined commands only appear when multiple documents are opened.

• Fixed the issue with scrolling with one finger in the 'Select Text' tool on touch screens when the commenting preferences option "Allow draw with finger touch" is disabled. (43945)

• Fixed the issue with content moving unintentionally whilst scrolling with an the Edit Objects Tool enabled. (43760)

• Fixed the issue where dragging the bottom half of a panel title in a downward direction did not initiate a panel layout change. (44076)

• Fixed the issue with highlighting text above Pencil annotations when 'Exclusive Mode' is enabled for the Highlight Text tool. (43989)

• Fixed the issue that was causing a repeating 'Save Changes' dialog box when closing Editor after documents were created using the 'OCR Pages' feature with 'Create New Document' enabled.

• Added a hidden parameter 'Misc.InetSearchBufferSize' that enables the specification of the maximum length of text sent to search engines when the 'Search By' feature is used. Currently this can be changed in the registry by specifying the <EditorSettings>\Misc\i.InetSearchBufferSize parameter. (43902)
