Mail Server affected by MS Security Updates
Status Update: All e-mails have been caught up, and you can expect our usual response times now once again.
Due to a MS Security update applied overnight there was an issue preventing us from receiving your e-mails and an urgent service patch has now been applied which appears to have resolved the issue.
The e-mails sent to us have not been lost - only delayed. We are now working urgently to catch up with those e-mails received during the interruption, and all delayed support and sales email requests will be handled very soon.
