Mail Server Affected by MS Security Updates
Status update: all emails have been caught up, and you can now expect our usual response times.
Due to an MS security update applied overnight, there was an issue preventing us from receiving your emails and an urgent service patch has now been applied that has resolved the issue.
The emails sent to us have not been lost, but they were delayed. We are now working urgently to catch up with the emails received during the interruption, and all delayed support and sales email requests will be handled very soon.
