NEWS

The new versions 10.3.0.386 and 10.3.1.387 of our product line is now available - check out some of the features below. Note that you need active maintenance on your license in order to update your software to the current version. If your maintenance has expired then you can renew it via your account page here.

Per-seat pricing is now available for PDF-XChange products. Please note that if you're are adding a seat that has longer maintenance than the users on the existing maintenance, then all existing users on the license will need to have their maintenance renewed to match that of the new user. If you're adding a seat that has the same period of maintenance that the existing users have, then you will not have this issue. 

FEATURE ARTICLE

Our feature article for this newsletter takes a look at PDF accessibility and explores how you can create accessible PDFs and available of accessibility-related features with PDF-XChange Editor. Accessible PDFs are documents that meet a range of ISO requirements that define them as being universally easy to use and meeting established accessibility standards. The article is available here.

FEATURE SPOTLIGHT

For this newsletter we'd like to bring your attention to the Compare Documents feature in PDF-XChange Editor. You can use this feature to compare two documents and view a breakdown of replacements, insertions and deletions between them. Did you know that  PDF-XChange Editor now has more than 350 features? In order to ensure that you are getting the most out of the software, we recommend that you review the features detailed on the  product page  from time to time.

We recommend that all users keep their maintenance up to date at all times in order to ensure a smooth transition when new builds are released. You can also use the options in your account to upgrade your license to one that covers more products and/or features, and increase the number of users permitted on your license as required. You can log in to your account here.

Make sure you get the best possible deal when you are renewing your maintenance, upgrading your license or adding seats to an existing license. A range of discounts are available for each of these situations, and they're detailed on your account page.
